- 400g thin-sliced beef
- grated pear or apple
- 4 tbsp soy, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil
- garlic + spring onion

- Mix a marinade of soy, sugar, sesame, pear and garlic.
- Coat the beef and rest 15 min.
- Sear in a screaming-hot pan in batches until caramelised.
- Top with spring onion; eat with rice.
